Each outgoing message uses text credits, which is an SMS message that is limited to 160 characters. This includes numbers, spaces, symbols, and punctuation.
Each text credit costs $0.0198.
That means $10 will get you roughly 500 texts.
This, of course, depends on how you plan on using the texting system with Connect PCO. But generally speaking, if you focus on the guest follow up automations and subsequent texting, you can get away with as little as $10/month.
Yes! You are able to secure a local, 10-digit number. The process for this is simple and straightforward--you will simply need to go through a verification process that usually takes 1-2 weeks. If you decided not to have a local dedicated line, you can always use a toll free line instead.
You can choose a number that is local to your area, just like an average 10-digit number! All it takes is searching for your area code, then choosing a number. Once chosen, the number will need to be verified due to Mobile Carriers increased security measures to prevent spam.
You are able to use as many phone lines as you need! Each line costs about $1.00-$3.00 (depending on your area) per month to maintain. Some best practices include having an admin have a number, and a few other pastors or admins that connect with your church visitors.
Easy--the more the merrier. Not only can we get you more phone lines, we can get your dedicated sub-accounts to stay organized. This is an extra cost, so contact us if that is you :)
First of all, what is a 'keyword' you ask...? It is a word that someone can text to your phone number and get a specific response back depending on the word. For example, "prayer" could be a keyword, as well as "give". The person who sends in the keyword "prayer" could receive a text back asking for specific prayer requests. The person who texts the word "give" could get a text back with a link to give. You get the idea! So...yes, we can do keywords.

For most churches, there will not be a messaging limit. If you are a mega-mega church, then it's possible. If that is the case, let's chat!
You can have as many users as you need. No extra cost. However, if you decide to dedicate a phone line to different users, you will have to purchase a phone number for each user ($1-$3/month/user).
At Connect PCO, we value transparency! We are able to integrate Connect PCO with PCO using the well-known, highly utilized company called Zapier. PCO has an open API that allows for us to make these integrations work!
You absolutely will need help...and we love it! Connect PCO is more of a service than a software, and so we are here to not only get you off the ground, but to ensure that you have everything you need along the way. That being said, if you ever run into trouble or need to brainstorm new ways of utilizing the software, we are a text message or phone call away.
Incoming messages do not count towards your text credits costs.
